The Jewish Federation of Greater Middlesex County will participate in the Middlesex County Emergency Food Networking Workshop, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. June 15 at Middlesex County Community College, Edison.
The program, sponsored by The Middlesex County Coalition to Combat Poverty and Hunger, is a gathering of nonprofits, county food banks, pantries and other emergency food providers. Participants will contribute ideas about accessing state funding, food supplies, advocacy efforts and training; share practices and learn how others are meeting challenges; and meet with members of the Emergency Food Network and learn whom to call upon for help
