La Leche League of Metuchen is offering mother-to-mother breastfeeding support, monthly meetings and telephone help from accredited leaders.
Members rotate through a four-part series: the advantages of breastfeeding; adjusting to life with a new baby; overcoming difficulties; and nutrition and weaning.
Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month, same time and location. The next meeting will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 10, at the Metuchen Public Library, 480 Middlesex Ave., Metuchen.
