Auto racing returns to Wall

Wall Stadium promoter Jim Morton has announced that the “$5 Family Fun Night” will return to the one-third mile paved oval on July 11 at 7 p.m. Morton said all adults and all teenagers from age 13 and up will be admitted to the grandstands for $5. Children age 12 and under will be admitted free of charge.

The racing action of the North East Enduro Tour Series (N.E.E.T.S.) will return to the high banks for the second time this season as the focal point of the evening. The action will feature the N.E.E.T.S. Big Car Division, featuring eight- and six-cylinder engines, and the Small Car Division, showcasing four-cylinder power.

In addition, the popular INEX Legend Cars will be on the schedule with a full slate of qualifying events and a 25-lap feature race. Both INEX and Wall Stadium championship points will be awarded to the Legend Cars.
