Ella Krupnik of East Brunswick joined Congressman Rush Holt in Washington, D.C., after winning the annual 12th Congressional District Art Competition. Her mixed-media collage, “High Frequency,” was chosen from among works by 115 high school art students. The piece was on display at the Paul Robeson Center of the Arts Council of Princeton in the spring and is now being exhibited inside the Capitol building.
