Jersey Shore Public Relations and Advertising Association (JSPRAA) has announced a cover design competition and scholarship for students attending vocational school, high school, or college. The winning entry will be published on the cover of the 35th Annual JASPER Awards program in October. In addition, the winner will be the guest of JSPRAA at the awards dinner at the PNC Bank Arts Center, and receive a Gold JASPER Award and a $500 scholarship. The deadline for submissions is Sept. 4.
