Mrs. Fee, 99, formerly of Milltown and South River, died July 27, 2009, in Surprise, Ariz. She lived in South River for over 40 years where she was a Brownie and Girl Scout leader as well as a bookkeeper for her husband’s business. She was predeceased by her husband, Matthew James Fee, and siblings Helen Matlack, Amanda Richter, Gulie Lowe, Estelle Bromle, Chauncey Emens and Elbirn Emens. Surviving are her daughters, Fran Fee of Goodyear, Ariz; and Kathi (Michael) Palacios of Plano, Texas; three granddaughters and two great-grandsons. A memorial service will be held Aug. 22 at Thompson’s Valley West Funeral Chapel, Goodyear, Ariz.
