Millstone players win sportsmanship awards

The Millstone- Roosevelt Little League congratulates three of its players for winning the Jim Davis Sportsmanship Award.

The award, established in 2004, is given annually to a 12-year-old Little League Baseball and Softball players from each of the member leagues in District 12.

Recipients of the award are selected for helping others, trying hard, displaying enthusiasm and team spirit, setting a good example, playing fair at all times, losing gracefully, and being polite, courteous and a team players.

Millstone- Roosevelt Little League twin players Craig and Brett Sandford co-won the baseball award and Sabrina Campelo won the softball award.
