The Howell-Jackson Knights of Columbus Council No. 6201 will hold its 11th annual Charity Golf Scramble beginning with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. Oct. 23 at Gambler Ridge Golf Club, Cream Ridge section of Upper Freehold Township. All proceeds will be used to benefit the food basket program to help the less fortunate during the upcoming holiday seasons. The cost is $80 per player and includes greens fee and cart, hot buffet breakfast, lunch at the council home after golf, prizes and awards. Foursomes or individuals will be accepted.
