LITTLE SILVER — Little Silver Recreation has announced the registration dates for recreation basketball for boys and girls in grades kindergarten through eight.
The program runs from December through February, with older children playing in the Two River Recreation Basketball League.
Registration will be held 7-9 p.m. at Borough Hall on Thursday, Oct. 15, and Tuesday, Oct. 20, and from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 17.

The Junior Bucs wrestling program, which is open to Red Bank, Little Silver and Shrewsbury K-8 children, will register interested children from 9 a.m. to noon at Red Bank Regional High School on three Saturdays: Oct. 31, Nov. 7 and Nov. 14.
No experience is necessary, just a desire to learn how to wrestle. Wrestlers will train twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will have the option to compete against local wrestling recreation programs. For more information contact Tom VanSickell at VanSickell@verizon. net.
