The Friends of the Edison Public Library will present a Jane Austen Birthday Celebration 2 p.m. Dec. 6, at the Edison Main Library, 340 Plainfield Ave., Edison.
There will be selected readings from Austen’s major works by local actress Jane Hardy. Seating is limited. The program is free of charge.
