This season the Upper Freehold Regional Middle School junior varsity boys soccer team made history.
The team completed its season with nine wins and no losses. Not only did they go undefeated, but they also shut out every team that they played, with no teams scoring against them.
Coach Keith Landolina said, “The boys learned a lot about winning with class and respecting their opponents.”
The soccer team players were Matt Fichera, Pat Becket, Ryan Skinner, Hal Shaw, Joey Patrylow, Louis Togna, Nick Schaffer, Shane Duffy, Andrew Bardwil, Luis Ferreira, Justin Scarano, Jake Alessi, Matt DeRisi, Kevin Pereira, Craig Mallet, Manny Spero and Connor Ennis.
