   The Hedding Methodist Senior Youth Posse is offering the following holiday help for parents:
   Parents’ Night Out — Saturday, Dec. 12, from 6 to 9 p.m. Call Audrey Quinn for more information, 609-518-7572. If possible, please pre-register but drop-ins will be accepted. All proceeds benefit the Senior Youth Posse Camp Fund. Children will be provided with snacks, movies, crafts, games and more. $20 donation per family

   The next Mansfield Township Board of Education meeting will be held on Monday, Dec. 21. The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Mansfield Township Elementary School on Mansfield Road East. The meeting will take place in the Media Center.

   The Mansfield Township Recreation Committee will hold a meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 15, at 8 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Mansfield Township Municipal building located on Main Street in Columbus. All interested residents are invited to attend.

   The Columbus Home and School Association will hold a meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 16, at 8 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Media Center at the Mansfield Township Elementary School located on Mansfield Road East. All interested members of the community are invited to attend.

   Burlington County Chapter of Hadassah will meet on Tuesday, Dec. 15, at Temple Har Zion, High & Ridgway streets, Mount Holly. Following the business meeting at 1 p.m., Arlene Butler Feldman, formerly the Federal Aviation Administration’s Eastern Regional Administrator, will be the guest speaker. An attorney and pilot, she has earned a place in the N.J. Aviation Hall of Fame as well as the Women in International Aviation Pioneer Hall of Fame, and has received the Presidential Rank Award for meritorious service in the area of aviation education.

   As a service to residents, free mandatory clear biodegradable leaf bags should be picked up at the Clerk’s Office Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or Saturday mornings, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Recycling Area in the Municipal Parking Lot if you plan on placing leaves curbside for collection. For your convenience, curbside collection of these bags will be provided by our Public Works Department on the following dates only: Wednesday,Dec. 16. All leaf bags must be curbside by 6 a.m.
