The Crosswicks Friends Meeting Crafts Night will be held tonight from 7-9 p.m. at the First Day School, located on the grounds of the Meeting House in Crosswicks. This free event is an opportunity to come together to share conversation and fellowship while working on one’s own projects (i.e. sewing, quilting, spinning, scrapbooking, etc.). The Union Fire Company 1 Pancake Breakfast will be held 7 to 11 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 7, at the Crosswicks Firehouse. Everyone is invited, bring your friends and family and enjoy a few flapjacks and some breakfast sausage. All you can eat pancakes and sausage, orange juice, coffee. Ticket prices are adults $5 and kids under 12 $3.50. Union Fire Company 1 Pancake Breakfast are held on the first Sunday of the month expect for July and August. The Burlington County Council Centennial Scout Rally will be held in the Village of Crosswicks, New Jersey on Saturday, Feb. 6, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Scouts and volunteer leaders of Boy Scout Troops 55 of Crosswicks and 112 of Jacobstown will be the hosts. The event will be held at the Crosswicks Community House and will also encompass the surrounding grounds and the village of Crosswicks. This is a rain or shine event. This event is an effort to ensure to showcase scouting in Burlington County as well as New Jersey. Quality activities, displays, vendors and crafts will be available, displayed, traded and/or sold.
