Mrs. Voorhees, 97, of Memphis, Tenn., formerly of Milltown, died April 15, 2010, in Baptist Hospital, Memphis. She was a former director of the Milltown Public Library. Her husband, Donald Voorhees, died in 1999. Surviving are two sons, Dana Voorhees of Memphis and Richard Voorhees of the Somerset section of Franklin; three grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. Private services were under the direction of Crabiel Home for Funerals, Milltown. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or to the charity of one’s choice.
