Beacon Fine Arts Gallery in Red Bank is hosting a show of paintings by impressionist landscape painter Scott Addis. “Mood and Inspiration” opened May 1 and will be on exhibit at the gallery for three weeks. Addis was raised in rural Pennsylvania and later settled in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he studied drawing and composition and taught himself to paint. He currently resides in Montreal and exhibits throughout North America. Addis has won numerous awards and his work is included in private and corporate collections and hangs in museums in Canada and the United States.
