It is gratifying to know that concerned citizens, such as Ron Taft, can make us aware of the inequities of the Upper Freehold Township property tax evaluations.
With all the legal options available to our township officials, a comment by a committeeman that they are aware and unhappy that a revaluation was done at the municipal building, without tax appeals, is not acceptable.
As we all know, even development homes are similar; they are not all alike as far as their value. This situation needs to be corrected immediately.
