Allentown
Kevin F. Heller, 45, of Hamilton, was charged June 17 with driving while suspended. Police said they stopped him at 4:40 p.m. on Church Street.
Peter P. Talevi, 27, of Ewing, was charged June 12 with driving while suspended. Police said they stopped him at 10:38 p.m. on North Main Street.
Plumsted
Hank Emery, 29, of the New Egypt section of town, was charged May 13 with driving under the influence. Police said he struck another vehicle in the parking lot of the Wawa on Jacobstown Road, damaging both vehicles but causing no injuries. Mr. Emery was transported to the hospital for heroin use, police said.
Brian Trionfro, 27, of the Clarksburg section of Upper Freehold, was charged May 13 with driving while intoxicated. Police said they stopped him at 12:41 a.m. on Route 537 for failing to maintain his lane.
Kenneth Ross, 44, of Bayville, was charged May 6 with driving while intoxicated. Police said they stopped him at 9:50 p.m. on Hawkin Road for failing to maintain his lane.
Timothy Peters, 32, of the New Egypt section of town, was charged May 2 with driving while intoxicated and careless driving. Police said they stopped him at 10:16 p.m. for speeding on Sanders Lane.
Larry Forman, 36, New Egypt section of town, was charged April 10 with driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to breath tests. Police said they stopped him at 9:35 p.m. at the Wawa on Route 539 after his vehicle fit a description from an earlier investigation.
Robbinsville
Michael Rivera, 18, of Hightstown, was charged June 15 with possession of fewer than 50 grams of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute. Police said they saw a suspicious vehicle on Lake Drive at 12:46 a.m. and smelled burnt marijuana when they stopped it. Police said they found marijuana in the vehicle and Mr. Rivera said it belonged to him.
Hilary Barker, 20, of Erin Court, was charged Saturday with possession of fewer than 50 grams of marijuana. Police said they saw a suspicious vehicle at the rear of a closed business on Route 33 at 12:45 a.m. and found evidence of marijuana inside the vehicle.
Joel McKay, 72, of Hightstown, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated, careless driving, reckless driving and maintenance of lamps. Police said they responded to a report of a possible drunk driver in a black Ford pick-up truck on Route 130 at 10:20 p.m. and stopped Mr. McKay.
