Mr. Kurtz, 81, of Old Bridge, died June 10, 2010, in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. He was predeceased by a brother, Ronald Redfield. Surviving are his wife, Beatrice Kurtz; five children, Harry Kurtz Jr., and his wife, Gayle, of Jackson, Robert Kurtz, and his wife, Patricia, of Batavia, N.Y., and Carol Dolan, and her husband, Bruce, Phyllis Hammel, and her husband, Chet, and Scott Kurtz, all of Old Bridge; 10 grandchildren; three great-granddaughters; and many nieces and nephews. A service was held at Old Bridge Funeral Home. Interment was in Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arnytown section of North Hanover.
