Police received a report of a burglary on Church Street on Nov. 20. The resident of the home returned to find someone had entered the house, removed a laptop computer, some computer equipment and several pieces of jewelry. No signs of forced entry were found and the items were valued at $1,900. The investigation is on-going. A broken window was discovered in an entry door at the rear of Boyd’s Pharmacy on Nov. 22. No entry was gained into the business but the investigation is on-going.
