Once again the East Brunswick Public Works Department collected our residents’ loose leaves in an efficient manner. Each year the Public Works staff becomes more and more efficient in this fall endeavor. In addition to doing it better and better each year, the staff also has performed each year at ever-increasing cost savings for this basic and essential townwide service.
To top things off, immediately after the successful leaf removal, the township was walloped with a storm that left 18-24 inches of snow. Once again, the Public Works staff jumped into their trucks and successfully cleared our roads as if it were a mere 1- to 2-inch snowfall.
A hearty round of applause goes to our PublicWorks staff and supervisors.
