Katherine Tissot Debow Redlich

Mrs. Redlich, 96, of Jackson, died Jan. 4, 2011. She attended college in London, England, at St. Agnes Divine, graduating with a major in psychology and a minor in business. Mrs. Redlich had a variety of occupations, including a lyricist, managing director of the Lakewood Land Co., and owner of Debow Realty. She also served as president of the Jackson Women’s Republican Club for 16 years and was the founder of the Jackson Township Historical Commission and Preservation Society, where she served as chairperson for more than 30 years. Mrs. Redlich was predeceased by three husbands, Kenneth Debow, Anthony Huntley-Gordon and Milton Redlich; and a grandson. Surviving are a son; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren. A memorial service was held at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, Jackson. Burial was private. Memorial donations may be made to the Kimball Medical Center Foundation or to the Jackson Township Historical Commission and Preservation Society.
