Mrs. Outcault, 88, of Howell, died April 9, 2011, surrounded by her family. Born in Eudora, Miss., she lived in Freehold Township until moving to Howell in 2000. She was employed by the Monmouth County Clerk’s Office in Freehold and retired as special deputy county clerk. Mrs. Outcault was predeceased by her husband, Raymond, in 1971; and a son, Raymond, in 1957. Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, William and Lilla and Richard and Lynn; two daughters and a son-in-law, Janice and Edward Turrian and Nancy Herman; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. A funeral service was held at the Freeman Funeral Home, Freehold, followed by interment at Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold Township. Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association.
