Lakewood will celebrate Labor Day with fireworks at 9 p.m. Sept. 4 at Lake Carasaljo. Fireworks may be viewed near Lake Carasaljo (off Route 9) either from North or South Lake Drive. The fireworks had originally been scheduled for the Fourth of July, but were postponed by inclement weather. Volunteer D.J. Jr. from Mash Entertainment, Lakewood, will provide music prior to the fireworks show.
