On Sept. 21 at 3:30 p.m., officers arrested Reese Minnucci, a 22, of Greeley Street, and charged him with contempt of court.
Mr. Minnucci was in court for an unrelated matter and was found to have warrants issued by multiple jurisdictions including: Hightstown Borough Municipal Court in the amount of $486; Robbinsville Township Municipal Court in the amount of $154; North Hanover Municipal Court in the amount of $175; and Bordentown Township Municipal Court in the amount of $175.
Mr. Minnucci was transferred to the Mercer County Adult Correction Center in lieu of bail.
Officers took custody of Steven Reddington, 22, of North Main Street, who was arrested by East Windsor Township Police Department on a warrant issued by Hightstown Borough Municipal Court in the amount of $5,000 near 7 p.m. on Sept. 22.
Police said Mr. Reddington was transferred to the Mercer County Adult Correction Center in lieu of bail.
East Windsor
Stephen Fullard, 24, of Trenton, was arrested on Oct. 1 and charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and failure to maintain lane.
Around 10 p.m., a 2007 Nissan was seen by police operating erratically on Milford Road. The vehicle continued operating erratically onto Cedarville Road where police stopped Mr. Fullard, who was driving. An officer observed loose marijuana inside the vehicle, police said.
Investigation revealed that Mr. Fullard was in possession of a bag of marijuana.
He was arrested and later released pending court action.
Police said a theft occurred at Holiday Inn in East Windsor between 10:58 p.m. on Sept. 30 and 5:30 a.m. on Oct. 1.
The complainant reported that his truck, a car carrier, loaded with seven Mercedes-Benz vehicles and one Mini Cooper, was stolen from the parking lot of the hotel, with total value estimated at $850,000.
The truck, still loaded with the vehicles was recovered several hours later at Port Newark, New Jersey.
Police said that the incident is under investigation.
Police said criminal mischief occurred at Danbury Court between 7:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Sept. 30.
The unnamed complainant reported that someone had thrown a brick through the driver’s side window of his 2000 Mazda while it was parked on Danbury Court.
Damage was estimated at approximately $200.
Blair Alford, 18, of Windsor Castle, was arrested on Huntington Drive at 7:56 p.m. on Sept. 30, police said.
An officer observed a 1994 Buick traveling eastbound on Abbington Drive when it failed to signal a turn onto Twin Rivers Drive. The vehicle was stopped on Huntington Drive and the Mr. Alford was found to be in possession of four bags of marijuana, according to the police reports.
He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, failure to signal turn, and drugs in a motor vehicle.
Mr. Alford was later released pending court action.
Marlon Diaz, 27, of New Brunswick, was charged with obstructing justice and arrested at Probasco Road at 9:09 p.m. on Oct. 4, police said.
In addition to the obstructing justice charge, he was charged with hindering apprehension, driving while suspended, unregistered vehicle, uninsured vehicle, failure to maintain lane, and fictitious plates.
An officer observed a 1999 Ford traveling on Wycoffs Mill Road in an erratic manner. The vehicle was stopped on Probasco Road. According to police, the expiration on the vehicle’s temporary registration had been altered.
Police said Mr. Diaz, the driver, provided the officer with a false name and personal information. His true identity was determined through investigation. It was also discovered that Mr. Diaz had an outstanding warrant from New Brunswick as well as a suspended driver’s license.
Mr. Diaz was arrested and later released pending court action after posting bail on the New Brunswick warrant.
Police said criminal mischief occurred at Twin Rivers Mall between 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 20 and 2 a.m. on Sept. 21.
The unnamed complainant reported that her vehicle was damaged while parked in the Twin Rivers Mall. The vehicle had numerous scuff marks and dents consistent with kicking.
Damage was estimated at approximately $1,500.
A 17-year-old young man, of Twin Rivers, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, 9:17 p.m. on Sept. 23 at Ithaca Place.
As the officer neared a parked vehicle on Ithaca Place, the occupants were observed acting suspiciously. Investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of a marijuana cigarette.
He was arrested and turned over to parents pending court action.
Duane Carson, 52, of Dorchester Drive was arrested close to 2 a.m. on Sept. 24 at Dutch Neck Road for driving while intoxicated, police said.An officer observed a 1990 Ford traveling on Dutch Neck Road in an erratic manner. Police stopped the vehicle after which time Mr. Carson was observed to have an odor of an alcoholic beverage, according to police. They said that his eyes were bloodshot and watery and he was given field sobriety tests.
He was later released pending court action.
Raymond Wilson, 61, of Greenwich Court, was arrested at the Twin Rivers Mall near 2:30 a.m. on Sept. 24, police said.
An officer observed Mr. Wilson standing in the middle of the Twin Rivers Mall parking lot, apparently intoxicated. He was yelling profanities, police said.
While speaking with Mr. Wilson, officers discovered that he was in possession of a marijuana cigarette and prescription narcotics without a valid prescription.
He was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of prescription narcotics.
He was arrested and later released pending court action.
Windsor Castle apartments personnel reported that overnight, three of their maintenance vehicles were damaged and that several tires had been slashed between 9 p.m. Sept. 25 and 7 a.m. on Sept. 26.
Police said that total damage is estimated at $1,020.
The incident is under investigation.
Four minors were charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams after being arrested at The Orchard around 10:30 p.m. on Sept. 27.
Police said an officer observed a suspicious vehicle occupied in the parking lot of The Orchard. In speaking with the occupants, all juvenile males, it was discovered that they were in possession of a bag of marijuana as well as a marijuana cigarette.
They were arrested and turned over to parents pending court action.
