Borough
   Alexander Skroumbelos, 30, of Trenton, was charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding at 3:44 a.m. on Oct. 15 on Nassau Street.
   West Windsor
   Wesley J. Giles, 47, of Manville, was charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving at 10:15 p.m. on Oct. 14 on Route 1 north. Police said Mr. Giles had struck the concrete highway divider before rear ending a vehicle owned by a West Windsor resident. His car was impounded
   A New Hampshire resident reported his car missing at 4:40 p.m. on Oct. 11 at Market Fair Mall. Police said he parked near the TGI Friday’s entrance at 1 p.m. and returned to the area at 4:40 p.m. The stolen vehicle had some IT equipment inside, according to police. The cost was approximately $14,000.
   A representative of Princeton Korean Community Church reported a burglary and theft of a boiler and attached vent pipes between Oct. 2 and Oct. 9 on Washington Road. The cost of the stolen equipment was estimated at $2,700.
   Leonard Shmulyarenko, 34, of North Brunswick, was charged with possession of hashish and speeding at 8:07 p.m. on Oct. 10 on Route 1 north at Meadow Road.
   Liesl G. Fisher, 46, of Hightstown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, careless driving, reckless driving and impaired operation of a motor vehicle transporting a juvenile at 4:16 p.m. on Oct.14 on Old Trenton Road near Bear Creek Boulevard. Police said Ms. Fisher hit a tree and then traveled north on a walking path for an additional 900 feet before hitting a second tree. Her 7-year-old daughter was the passenger in the vehicle.
Plainsboro
   Brandon M. James, 25, of Trenton, was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and maintenance of lamps at 2:34 a.m. on Oct. 13 on Route 1 south.
   Andrea E. Castro, 23, of Princeton was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, operating an unsafe motor vehicle, failing to provide proof of insurance and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at 1:04 a.m. on Oct. 14 on Plainsboro Road.
   Maura S. Schuster, 51, of Lake Forest, Ill., was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to obey a traffic control device and improper turn at 9:09 p.m. on Oct. 13 on Village Boulevard.
Two juvenile Plainsboro residents were charged with unlawful taking a motor vehicle and joy riding at 3:35 a.m. on Oct. 15 on Scudders Mill Road. Police said the driver was also charged with driving without a license, failure to exhibit registration, failure to exhibit insurance, driving without headlights, failure to stay right and careless driving.
   A resident of Windrow Drive reported someone stole a personal safe containing various personal items at the resident’s home. Police said the estimated cost of was $1,000.
Montgomery
   Jonathan Irish, 19, of Skillman, was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to breath testing, underage driving while intoxicated, failure to stop or yield, reckless driving, careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident, destruction of agricultural/recreational property and failure to maintain a lane at 9:30 p.m. on Oct.16 at the intersection of Montgomery Road and Route 206. Police said someone called and reported a vehicle had run over a stop sign and continued to drive with the sign wedged under the car.
