Mrs. Beninate, 79, of Aylett, Va., formerly of Jackson, died Nov. 24, 2011, at Memorial Regional Hospital in Mechanicsville, Va. She was predeceased by her husband, Santo Beninate, in 1991; a brother, Paul, in 1991; a sister, Joanne, in 1990; and a daughter, Francine, in 2008. Surviving are three sons and their wives, Peter S. and Carolyn Beninate of Hammonton, Emanuel and Luisa Beninate of West Point, Va., and Thomas and Susan Beninate of Aylett, Va.; and four grandchildren. A funeral liturgy was offered at St. Veronica’s Roman Catholic Church, Howell, followed by interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Lakewood. Arrangements were by the George S. Hassler Funeral Home, Jackson.
