Mrs. Relling, 86, of Toms River, formerly of Old Bridge, died Dec. 21, 2011, at CareOne at Wall. Prior to retiring in 1991, she was employed as a secretary for the Old Bridge School System for 25 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles “Chick” Relling, in 2002; and a brother, Daniel McHugh, who died serving his country during World War II. Surviving are three daughters, Debbie Onorato of Toms River, Nancy Wagner and her husband, Bill, of Howell, and Christol McDonough and her husband, Bob, of Howell; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A funeral service was held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township. Interment was in Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City.
