Mrs. Skinner, 89, of Brick, formerly of Lakewood, died Feb. 2, 2012, at Meridian Nursing Center, Brick. She was employed as a sales representative at Butler’s Pharmacy, Point Pleasant, for many years, and also at the Toms River branch of the Ocean County Library. She was predeceased by her husband, Alvah; and a son, William. Surviving are three sons, Robert Skinner and his partner, Eugene Jimenez, of Jackson, Wayne Skinner and his wife, Georgia, of Bayville, and Richard Skinner and his wife, Geni, of Lanoka Harbor; a daughter, Janet Heritage and her husband, Steve, of Toms River; a sister, Alberta Myers of Wilmington, N.C.; and seven grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Osbornville Baptist Church, followed by interment at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River. The Pable Evertz Funeral Home, Point Pleasant, was in charge of arrangements.
