PRINCETON AREA: Police blotter

Princeton Borough
   Carrie Tuck, 39, of Monmouth Junction, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Nassau Street on Feb. 18 at 2:40 a.m. She also received motor vehicle summonses.
Plainsboro
   A resident of Hunters Glen Drive reported identity theft on Feb. 16 at 1:39 p.m. She reported that an income tax return was filed with the IRS using her personal information. The case was turned over to the Detective Bureau.
   Obiora M. Ugwuoke, 33, of Hillside, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 1 at College Road on Feb. 17 at 12:20 a.m. The driver was also issued traffic summonses for speeding, reckless driving, failure to keep right, failure to exhibit documents and expired touring privileges.
Montgomery
   Police investigated a burglary and theft from a vehicle at the Nassau Racquet and Tennis Club on Feb. 16 at 1:28 p.m. The victim reported a stolen purse, which contained cash, credit cards, a cell phone and personal items. The Montgomery Township Detective Bureau is investigating.
West Windsor
   Deborah A. Daley, 49, of Yardley, Pa., was charged with attempt to obtain prescription drugs by fraudulent means at the CVS pharmacy on 350 Princeton-Hightstown Road on Feb. 9 at 2:01 p.m.
   Shawn E. Parrott, 29, of Elizabeth, was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia after being pulled over on Quakerbridge Road at Lawrence Station Road on Feb. 17 at 11:57 a.m. He was also issued summonses for improper tint and possessing a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
   Artur Trzaskus, 42, of Lawrenceville, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Route 1 south at Meadow Road on Feb. 17 at 9:36 p.m. He was also issued summonses for reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane, refusal to submit breath samples and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
   Carlos A. Gaudin, 44, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on Old Trenton Road at Village Road on Feb. 18 at 7:43 p.m. He was also issued summonses for failure to slow and exercise due caution upon approaching a stopped emergency vehicle.
