Hopewell Township
After attending many meetings concerning the purchase of sewer capacity, I hope the voters of Hopewell Township vote yes for the bond issue. This sewer capacity is necessary to comply with affordable housing plans. If Hopewell Township does not comply with affordable housing we would be exposed to a builder’s remedy. A builder’s remedy would greatly change the density of development in the township. Voting yes for the bond would make sewer service available to the businesses and residential areas in the proposed area.
