Mr. Bair, 76, of the Navesink section of Middletown, died May 27, 2012, at Bayshore Health Care Center, Holmdel. He lived in Belford most of his life. Mr. Bair retired as a foreman for the Bayshore Outfall Authority after 20 years and was the owner of the Gulf gas station in Belford for more than 30 years. Mr. Bair was a member of the Middletown Elks and was a deacon at Westminster Presbyterian Church, Middletown. Surviving are his wife of 41 years, Vita Pellegrino Bair; three daughters, Cheryl Dulohery, Julie Bair and Melissa Jaggers; three sons, Clay “Butch” Bair, Robert Bair and Michael Bair; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A funeral service was held at Westminster Presbyterian Church, followed by burial at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown. Memorial donations may be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church or the Lt.
