A very unique support group, peer lead, but facilitated by caregivers who may or may not be professionals.
DISSCUSSION: FOODS, MOODS, AND RECOVERY – WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!
Nutrition will be the topic of our next meeting. Our guest will be Carol Rickard, LCSW, is a leading expert in coping skills training. She has written over a dozen publications, conducted national training workshops, and has 20 years experience facilitating coping skill groups in hospital based programs.
She is the founder & CEO of Well YOUniversity, LLC, a health education company dedicated to empowering individuals in achieving lifelong wellness. Her unique perspective is the result of having lived both sides of depression: as the patient and as the professional. Carol is the creator of Well YOUniversity’s proprietary programs including L.I.F.E. Wellness Systems, L.I.F.E. Recovery System, and The Wellness Blueprint…
