Mr. Fox, 86, of Jackson, died Aug. 27, 2012. He was born and raised in Newark and resided in Montville for more than 44 years. Mr. Fox was employed in the tile industry for more than 50 years and served in the U.S. Navy from 1943-46. Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Lois Grace Fox; two sons and their wives, Charles Jr. and Katherine Fox of Wantage, and Christopher and Elizabeth Fox of Middletown, Del.; two daughters, Cynthia Fox-Aboukasm and her husband, Amer, of Grosse Pointe Park, Mich., and Diane DeGaris and her husband, Robert, of Hillsborough; and 11 grandchildren. A funeral liturgy was held at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Jackson, followed by a private cremation. Arrangements were by the George S. Hassler Funeral Home, Jackson.
