Mr. Soto, 64, of Jackson, died Oct. 18, 2012, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. He was born in Puerto Rico. Prior to retiring, Mr. Soto was employed as a steamfitter for Local 475 in Warren. Surviving are four children, Luis, Elizabeth, Moises and Isabel; and seven grandchildren. Interment was private. Arrangements were under the direction of the Freeman Funeral Home, Freehold.
