Mrs. Parillo, 89, died Oct. 23, 2012, at Saint Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in North Brunswick, she was a lifelong township resident. She was the assistant director of welfare for North Brunswick Township for 20 years before retiring in 1990. She was a communicant of St. Mary of Mount Virgin Roman Catholic Church, New Brunswick. She was active at the Consolata Missions, Somerset, and was a member of the North Brunswick Senior Citizens. She was predeceased by her husband, Carman S. Parillo, in 2010; five brothers, Dominick, Louis, George, Daniel and Victor Armenti; and two sisters, Jean Nicotra and Vera Covino. She is survived by two sons, Michael Parillo and his wife, Lisa, and Robert Parillo and his wife, Dorothy, all of North Brunswick; a brother, Carmine Armenti, of Pennsylvania; two granddaughters; and three great-grandsons. Funeral services were held at Selover Funeral Home, North Brunswick, followed by entombment at Franklin Memorial Park, North Brunswick.
