Mrs. Berger, 53, of New Egypt, died Nov. 2, 2012, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Born in Red Bank, she resided in Jackson before moving to New Egypt 11 years ago. She was employed as a manager for Rockport Shoes in Jackson. Mrs. Berger was predeceased by her parents, Louis and Filomena Brancadora Sr. Surviving are her husband of 18 years, Fred Berger; a son, Craig Michael Berger; and two brothers, Louis Brancadora Jr. and Enrico Brancadora. A funeral liturgy was held at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Jackson, followed by interment in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Middletown. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1035 Hooper Ave., Toms River, NJ 08753 or to the Burzynski Cancer Clinic, 9432 Katy Freeway, Suite 200, Houston, TX 77055. Arrangements were by the George S. Hassler Funeral Home, Jackson.
