New Jersey Holiday Lightfest returns

The New Jersey Holiday Lightfest is back at the Middlesex County Fairgrounds, 655 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, and it is bigger and brighter than ever before. The drivethrough light show is open every night of the week through Jan. 6.

Show sponsors include DARE New Jersey, Walgreens, All Things Christmas and More, Winterland Inc., Middlesex County Fairgrounds, Magic 98.3, NJ.com, Greater Media Newspapers, the New Jersey Education Association, American Gold Shield, and the New Jersey Food Council.

Lightfest gates open at 5:30 p.m. daily and do not close until the last car in line gets through, which is slated for 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Sunday; and 10 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and holidays.

Operators of large vehicles should note that the maximum height is 13 feet,

6 inches.
