New Jersey Association of Realtors congratulates GRI class of 2012

The New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) honored the nine brokers and 24 Realtors and Realtor-associates who earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation in 2012 at a ceremony during the Triple Play Realtor Convention and Trade Expo in Atlantic City recently.

“I would like to congratulate this year’s graduates for their dedication throughout the Graduate Realtor Institute, as I know it’s not an easy task to complete,” said 2012 President Gary Large. “Earning your GRI designation is an extraordinary way to expand your industry knowledge in a variety of topics, as well as gain an edge with comprehensive training and education. I wish good luck to the graduates in all that they do.” GRI is a nationally recognized designation attained by members of the National Association of Realtors after successfully completing a 90-hour program of course work covering various areas of real estate including: ethics, technology, business development, financing, fair housing and legal issues. Additionally, members may choose to complete the GRI Broker Course. The course is comprised of the supplemental courses that, along with the GRI designation, satisfy the education requirements for the New Jersey broker license.
