Mrs. Johnson, 70, of Jackson, formerly of Freehold, died Jan. 24, 2013, at Van Dyke Hospice at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Mrs. Johnson and her husband were the owners of Art and Kathy’s Kitchen in the Cassville section of Jackson for 49 years. Surviving are her husband of 49 years, Arthur D. Johnson; a son and daughter-in-law, Lawrence D. and Kathryn A. Johnson of Delran; a daughter and son-in-law, Joanne M. and Garrett L. Rogers of Mooresville, N.C.; and four grandchildren. A funeral service was held at the George S. Hassler Funeral Home, Jackson, followed by interment in Harmony Cemetery, Jackson.
