The Edison Elks Ladies Auxiliary will host Italian Night on Saturday, Feb. 16, from 7 to 11 p.m. at the lodge, located at 375 Old Post Road in Edison. Dinner will consist of homemade eggplant parmesan, chicken parmesan, meatballs, manicotti, broccoli cavatelli, sausage and peppers, and salad. Entertainment will be provided by a DJ. Refreshments of soda, wine, beer, coffee and tea will also be served.
Tickets are $20 a person (adults only) and can be purchased at the lodge after 12 p.m. in the social quarters. For more information, contact Joy Hoffman at 732-572-2251.
