Mrs. Baxter, 77, of Whiting, formerly of Lakewood, died Jan. 30, 2013. Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Lawrence and Maria, and Andrew and Dawn; a daughter, Sharon; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
