Mr. Minor, 94, of Port Monmouth, died Feb. 22, 2013, at home. He was a member of the Port Monmouth First Aid Squad for many years and a crossing guard at the corner of Tindall and Leonardville Roads for 20 years. He was predeceased by three sisters, Mulva, Viola and Rosemary; and a brother, Edward. He is survived by his wife, Anstasia (Tess) Minor; a daughter, Maryann and her husband, Ken, of Murrysville, Pa.; two sons, Thomas and his wife, Gina, of Cranford, and Edward, of Red Bank; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a brother, Joseph Minor and his wife, Aileen, of Maryland. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown. A funeral liturgy was held at the Kimisis Tis Theotokou Greek Orthodox Church, Holmdel, followed by burial at Bay View Cemetery, Leonardo.
