Series offered on ‘facts behind the news’

Professor Anthony Troncone has a way of putting news headlines in context and engaging his classes in meaningful discussions about these complex and often provocative times.

On March 8, 15 and 22, and April 5, 19 and 26, Troncone will offer the “facts behind the news” to broaden attendees’ understanding of world affairs, politics and the domestic agenda. His classes will take place from 10 a.m. until noon.

The class will be held at the Jewish Community Center, 1775 Oak Tree Road, Edison. The cost for this 6-week series is $60, or $48 for members. Contact Sue Horwitz at 732-494-3232, ext. 603 to register or for further information.
