Teachers invited to workshops at Rider

The National Writing Project (NWP) at Rider University, Lawrenceville, invites K- 12 teachers to the campus for a summer of professional development opportunities. Teachers will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of sessions presented by NWP-trained teacher consultants. The sessions will run July 8-18.

Sessions include “Using Technology to Infuse Nonfiction Reading into Curriculum,” “Tackling Social Issues with Digital Story Telling,” “Writing to Respond,” “The Core and More,” “Making Every Minute Count in Readers Workshop” and “Immersion into Writers Workshop.”
