Dr. Melissa Klapper will discuss the impact of American Jewish Women in early activism at 7 p.m. June 12 at the Jewish Community Center (JCC) on Oak Tree Road, Edison.
Klapper is a professor of history and director of women’s and gender studies at Rowan University, Glassboro.
Light refreshments will be served. The cost to attend is $8 for JCC members and $11 for nonmembers.
