PLAINSBORO — The Plainsboro Business Partnership (PBP) has pushed its second annual business showcase back a day due to inclement weather.
The Plainsboro Business Showcase is now scheduled for Wednesday, June 12, in the Market Square downtown, right in front of the new library. From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., residents will still be able to get acquainted with some of the businesses and services their community has to offer.
Attendees can expect to see a DJ and more than 50 vendors, which will include various local shops, boutiques, restaurants, companies and township services. In the mix for sure are large regional companies such as Geico and Princeton Healthcare, fitness centers such as Can Do, an array of local companies ranging from medical to dental, and township emergency services such as the Plainsboro Rescue Squad and fire department.
Local restaurants such as It’s a Grind coffeehouse and Crown of India will also be there to provide free samples.
The event also serves as a way for new and longtime businesses to mingle and network.
