Mr. Beruck, 63, of Howell, died June 6, 2013, after a long battle with multiple sclerosis. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and served aboard the USS Forrestal. Surviving are a sister, Janice Reuter of Howell; a brother, Gary Beruck of North Carolina; and several other family members. A funeral liturgy was celebrated at St. Robert Bellarmine Church, Freehold Township, followed by interment at the Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown section of North Hanover. Arrangements were by the Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold. Memorial donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
