Mrs. Bolognini, 74, of Jackson, died June 8, 2013, at Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Center, New Brunswick. Prior to retiring in 2004, she was employed as the head cook for Comsewogue High School, Port Jefferson Station, N.Y., for 35 years. Surviving are her husband, Salvatore Bolognini; two daughters, Lori Santos and her husband, Alexander, and Jo Ann Rottner; five grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and a sister-in-law, Marie Elena Wilson. A funeral liturgy was held at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Jackson, followed by entombment in St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold Township. Arrangements were by the George S. Hassler Funeral Home, Jackson.
