   Stephen Molinelli, 28, of Nassau Drive, has been charged with two counts of burglary and theft for allegedly breaking into a Melvina Drive home twice between June 22 and June 25, according to police Lawrence police Lt. Mark Ubry.
   Mr. Molinelli also was charged with receiving stolen property when he was found to be in the vicinity of a disabled taxicab that was reported stolen from Philadelphia, Lt. Ubry said. He was operating the taxicab.
   The victims of the Melvina Drive residence reported the theft of jewelry, a bicycle, clothing and electronic items valued at a combined $15,000, Lt. Ubry said. The burglar gained entry through a door at the house.
   Mr. Molinelli was linked to the burglaries after a police officer, who was investigating a call about a disabled car on Franklin Corner Road at 6:59 a.m. July 1, discovered items in his possession that were reported stolen from the Melvina Drive residence, Lt. Ubry said.
   Mr. Molinelli was taken to the Mercer County Corrections Center on $36,000 bail with a 10-percent option.
