   The Franklin Fire Co. No. 1 is hosting a pig roast fundraiser from 2 to 6:30 p.m. July 13.
   Tickets cost $25 for adults and $10 for children ages 6-12. Children under the age of 5 can attend for free.
   The menu features roasted pig, pulled barbecue chicken, cole slaw, potato salad, macaroni and cheese, hot dogs and ice cream from Smylie’s ice cream shop. There will also be water, soft drinks and beer on tap.
   The event will take place at the firehouse at 3135 Route 206 in Columbus.
   The fire company is also raffling off a 2013 Yamaha Grizzly 700 valued at $7,800. Tickets can be purchased for a $20 donation. Only 1,000 tickets are being sold.
   The drawing will be held at the firehouse at 6 p.m. July 13.

   The Mansfield Environmental Commission will meet at 7 p.m. July 8.
   The Mansfield Township Recreation Committee will meet at 8 p.m. July 16.
   The Township Committee will be meeting once a month until October. The remaining summer dates are July 24, Aug. 28 and Sept. 25.
   The Mansfield Township Planning Board will meet at 7 p.m. July 22. The work session will be followed by a regular meeting.
   The Mansfield Township offices are now located at 3135 Route 206 South, Columbus.
   Office hours are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
